My Approach
All occupied listing clients will have Keki's staging consultation. Skilled at solving complex space and design problems. Keki will work closely with her clients and make recommendations for rearrangement of furniture, accessories, removal and de-cluttering to enhance the space and color theme of the lived-in home.
For vacant properties, the same above service is provided, however third party furniture vendors then stage the property (rental furniture is at the cost of the home owner) so potential buyers can appreciate the home for its design and beauty.
We will work with your current space to allow prospective buyers to visualize the property as their future home and leave with a memorable appreciation for the space because that is my job, NOT to "sell" your home but find a buyer.
