Meet Marta Mikula

Marta Mikula’s passion for real estate began long before her professional career. As the daughter in law of a civil engineer and real estate developer, she developed a deep understanding of both the business and emotional side of buying and selling homes. Combined with years of experience in marketing, negotiation, and client relations, Marta brings a thoughtful, strategic, and highly personalized approach to every transaction.  Although she earned a college degree in marketing, property management, and real estate, she never imagined that her education would eventually become the foundation of her future career.

Before transitioning into real estate full-time, Marta built a successful career in marketing and business environments that required organization, precision, communication, and strong problem-solving skills. Those experiences shaped her into a calm, detail-oriented professional who advocates confidently for her clients while making even complex situations feel manageable and seamless.

Marta believes a home is never just a transaction — it is one of the most meaningful and emotional decisions a person or family can make. Whether helping clients buy, sell, rent, or invest, her commitment is centered around honest guidance, strong communication, and unwavering dedication from beginning to end.

Marta serves clients throughout Chicago’s North Shore communities, including Glenview, Northbrook, Park Ridge, Morton Grove, Des Plaines, and surrounding areas, specializing in buyers, sellers, rentals, luxury homes, and new construction.
